Our projects
We renovated this more than 100-year-old building in 2018. Historical details have been preserved, reinterpreted, and aligned with the needs of contemporary life. Vila48 is located in a quiet residential area in Ostrava – Zábřeh and features 6 modern apartments on 3 floors. Residential living in Villa 48 is more than a regular sublet. It combines the best of what a hotel offers with the non-binding nature of a classic sublease.
We renovated this 1927 village homestead in 2012 and since then it has served as a stylish accommodation with quality facilities for your sports and relaxation activities. It is located in a small village in the Hlučín region and golf lovers are especially seaking it for its strategic location near the Silesia Golf Resort Kravaře and Golf Course Šilheřovice. Families are mainly attracted by a wide range of activities for children, a swimming pool and a large garden.
The project, the completion of which is planned for 2024, will be set in the First Republic-style development in the lucrative location of Slezská Ostrava. Villa Bronzová (Bronze Villa) will be situated in a way as to provide a wonderful view of Ostrava, it will present apartments of an above-standard size, a covered car park and the design of the building itself will be luxurious with the use of only the best materials.
